PUPPY PAWLOUR GROOMING WAIVER

Please read before making an appointment. By booking in your pet, you agree to these conditions;

I warrant that my dog has all vaccinations required by law, and is healthy to the best of my knowledge. All dogs should be on a flea control program at all times of the year.

If my pet is hurt or becomes ill, Puppy Pawlour has permission to call or take my pet to Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital, or preferred local vet. Expenses incurred will be paid by the owner, unless injury is the direct result of negligence of groomer. We will not be held responsible for any sickness due to injury caused by the pet to itself, a pre-existing health condition or natural disaster.

Puppy Pawlour will not be held responsible for clipper burn and/or minor nicks resulting from matted or neglected coats, or from irritation caused by pet’s skin allergies. We will also not be held responsible for stressful effects grooming may have upon an elderly pet. We consider your pup’s comfort and safety, so we only brush out knots if they are brush able- any matts or knots we are unable to brush comfortably will be clipped short. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services deemed necessary for pets.

Cancellation of appointment within 24 hours/No-Show will incur a fee of $40. This will be paid before booking another appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who themselves or whose pet may pose a threat to us, whether it’s aggression, health or a parasite problem.

Please take your dog to the toilet before bringing them in. Owner agrees to be responsible for any property damaged by their pet.

Holding to a code of ethics, I will not harm, discredit or damage the name or reputation of Puppy Pawlour, either in person or online/social media. If unhappy I will sort out issues with the business owner directly. Please note any problems with the groom before you leave, or as soon as reasonably possible.
